Your domains

You may add only domains that you own or control. We may ask you to prove ownership, for example by adding DNS records. You are responsible for keeping those records correct.

Your content

You keep ownership of the mail and files you store or send through the service. You give us permission to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and consents needed to send it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use BlackVault Mail to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited email, phishing or malware;
• commit fraud, impersonate others or break the law;
• harass others or infringe their rights;
• try to breach, overload or bypass the limits of the service.

We may rate-limit, suspend or end access that puts the service or other customers at risk. Report abuse to abuse@blackvaultmail.com.

Email delivery

Delivery and inbox placement depend on many factors outside our control, including the policies of receiving servers. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or placed in the inbox.

Fees and plans

Pricing is coming soon. If a plan has a fee, it will be described before you agree to it, and you will not be charged unless you agree to a paid plan.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give notice where practical.

Backups and data loss

We take measures to protect your data, including backups for operational purposes. Backups are not a guarantee of recoverability, and you are responsible for keeping copies of anything important.

Legal requests

We handle legal requests as described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The BlackVault Mail name, logo, website and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, revocable right to use the service as these terms allow.

Suspension and termination
